BWORKS was founded and managed by Belsabe Girma(Engineer). It is a result of the experience of the founder attained from running a family owned construction company since childhood and decided JUST TO “BE THE WORK”, in order to become a strong player in the construction and manufacturing sector that is driven by a “STRONG WORK CULTURE” that has its root in the PROVISION OF ETHICAL SERVICE.
Belsabe has graduated in civil engineering and has 18 years of experience in the industry. However, she has been called little engineer since childhood as she was always seen with a hammer or a paint brush and spent most of her off days from school with her father on his construction project sites.
We have hired experienced and diligent professionals over the years to meet the growing needs of our clients. All our employees are chosen on merit basis. The work ethics and problem solving and solution seeking mentality has trickled down all the way to the unskilled labor force.
