Pre construction services
We often face projects that run in deficit or discontent clients after the construction is done. Hence we started the pre-construction services that help owners plan their project by advising the architectural, structural, sanitary and electrical designs before final approval.

We believe all corrections on the initial designs will save significant budget, time and effective land use.

Interior Design and Build
We have integrated interior design and build as part of our service as we believe that civil work especially for residential houses, real estate projects and corporate offices need the modern touch and will teach our team the importance of constructing each building element with perfection. It also keeps us updated with the modern and state of the art finishing materials to help stay on top of this fast paced competitive industry.

Wood work
Our wood workshop is located in the heart of Addis, 5 kilo near Yemiserach center. The small workshop is equipped with state of the art wood machinery. Our CNC machines, edge binding, planar saw, 4 axis CNC and laser cutters makes our work exquisite. Our wood workshop serves mainly our own construction projects. We have established the wood workshop to avoid workmanship defects, delays, color defects that we had when outsourcing.
We now expanded our workshop to serve clients that just need wood works. We specialize in wooden doors, cupboards, kitchen cabinets, bank counters and custom made furniture.
